Concert MusicFor many years, Wilfrido Terrazas has collaborated closely with composers from Mexico and abroad in the creation of new works. Some of them are: Ignacio Baca Lobera, Olivia Block, Eduardo Caballero, Samuel Cedillo, Thanos Chrysakis, Georgina Derbez, Édgar Guzmán, Nickos Harizanos, Valeria Jonard, Costas Mantzoros, Iván Naranjo, Hiram Navarrete, Hilda Paredes, Liliana Rodríguez, Mauricio Rodríguez, Germán Romero, Carlos Sandoval, Borey Shin and Daniel Silliman. He has also worked personally with many composers in the interpretation of already existing pieces, among them Cecilia Arditto, Carola Bauckholt, Juan Cristóbal Cerrillo, Karheinz Essl, Carlos Iturralde, José Manuel López López, Celeste Oram, Rogelio Sosa, Rand Steiger, Chinary Ung, Michael Winter and Christian Wolff.
Wilfrido performs mainly as a soloist and chamber musician. In the 2000s, he was an advisor, collaborator and guest flutist with the International Contemporary Ensemble (ICE) in several projects.
